Return Period
You may return your purchase within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery. While there is no federal or state statutory cooling-off period required for online sales under Delaware law, Moodèra voluntarily grants you this 30-day return window as a commitment to customer satisfaction. All returns must comply with our Return Policy.
When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to candles whose packaging or seal has been opened, or which have been used or burned. The right of withdrawal applies to unused products with unopened packaging and seals intact.
How to Make a Return
- Send your return request to info@moodera.co, including your order number.
- Send the product to the address we provide, in its original packaging, unused and with the seal intact.
- Once the product has been received and inspected, your payment will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns sent cash on delivery through our contracted shipping carrier (UPS) are free of charge. If you use another shipping carrier, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, please contact us at info@moodera.co within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or return.
